overall it is an absolutely great hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the location was amazing easy to get to the southern beaches. the room is exceptionally nice and gorgeous, comes with good airco, very comfortable beds, as for instance. there is an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware.

Everything was excellent, had a good stay by another 3 nights. the staff was very very helpful & exceptionally nice. Enjoyed the twin room overlooking the garden. the facilities such as an ironing set, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk were available. the property's location was nice, in a tropical island like Lombok. my stay at Lavella Villas in Kuta, Lombok was fantastic. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. I loved my room with a view of the beautiful garden and appreciated having amenities like an ironing set, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk available.

The WiFi was unreliable and the cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved, with some guests experiencing issues with bugs and lack of attention to detail in cleaning.

The hotel’s facilities were relatively new and well-equipped, which made our stay quite comfortable. , the location was great as it was just a short walk to the city center and there were many dining options available on the main road. the hotel staff was friendly and always willing to assist us with our needs.

The level of cleanliness at the hotel was a bit disappointing. The breakfast tables were not always clean and ready for new guests, and it didn't seem like they were thoroughly cleaned between each guest.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was also roomy and had all the necessary amenities. the location was great, just a five-minute walk to the center and easy to navigate with a scooter.

He was super helpful and even gave me price estimates for various things. The staff were extremely friendly and helped make my stay relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was great. I also appreciated the airport transfer and the helpful local tips. I rented a scooter from the accommodation, which was cheap and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
